Last night I think it all came to a head (so to speak) and she couldn't sleep so Amanda and I were up with her. I had the last shift, and finally got her to sleep by laying down with her in her bed until 3am.
So now I'm running on 4 hours of sleep, pounding the caffiene and trying to prep myself for the big product roadmap presentation I'm supposed to do at 4:30. It's like I'm living an episode of the Brady Bunch - with a lot less kids. (And no Maureen McCormick! Dang...) Oh yeah - I'm prepared. ;)
On the good side - I'm very much enjoying my World of Warcraft time. My brother and I get to play together and talk about stuff like we are related or something. It's very nice. City of Heroes is still fun, but I really only play when I have the whole group around. I find soloing difficult and tedious, so I'm not really into that. I like duoing with A however, so we'll keep it around a while longer. I'm loving watching A play Sims2. I knew she would like it.
I'm hoping to get the cables and connectors I need to complete my studio setup this weekend while in Snohomish, so then I can take one or two evenings a week and wrench myself away from Azeroth and try to do some audio work. Since my new job is Product Manager, I don't get to "do audio" every day, and I'm missing it.
Okay, I guess that's the update. Back to lurking... carry on. Nothing more to see here...
