Weekend update

We are actually having a pretty relaxed first weekend in our new country. Took a long walk yesterday around downtown. Ended up walking home carrying sushi for dinner, a bottle of wine, and a new puzzle for Zoë. We felt very metropolitan. :)

We decided to get her a Canada puzzle to go with her USA puzzle. It's not a detailed map, but we do point out where Aunt Debbie lives. :)

Things here are going fairly well, although A and Z are getting a bit restless living in the small apartment out of suitcases. Things will be easier on the 1st when we start getting our stuff sorted out in the new rental house. We are looking forward to that. I admit, sheepishly, that I am missing my CoH time very much right now. :)

Work has been a lot of reading docs and learning tools, all the basic stuff I need to know before forging ahead. It's not difficult, but it is tiring. I feel good about being there, and the more I learn about what is expected, the better I feel about it. There are a lot of unknowns, but that's strangely okay with me.

More news as it happens!

Yes - subject to change without notice. :)

This will likely retain my online attention until World of Warcraft and/or Everquest 2 comes out - although I'm looking forward to WoW much more.

Yes, Those CoH peeps that have played with you miss you to.
After playing EQ and then Demoing WoW, I am looking forward to getting WoW too. Glad you are still planning to play :)

Ok, I should just post all this in one post but it is the memory thing!! :)

I alway find that if your job has a few unknowns, it adds variety to what you do. I have been in the same place for 15 years and still have unknowns that I have to deal with, and find I look forward to them cause they make me pull on what I have learned to figure them out.
